1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Mango+ website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Mango+ is operated by ChiSquare Financial Services (Pvt) Ltd, a registered credit-only microfinance institution in Zimbabwe.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of Zimbabwe
• Have a valid form of identification
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not be subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from entering into this agreement

3. Loan Application and Approval

All loan applications are subject to our credit assessment and approval process. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed, and we may require additional documentation or information during the application process. Interest rates, fees, and loan terms will be clearly communicated before you accept any loan offer.

4. Repayment Obligations

By accepting a loan, you agree to repay the full amount borrowed plus interest and any applicable fees according to the agreed repayment schedule. For payroll-linked loans, you authorize your employer to deduct loan repayments from your salary. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees, negative credit reporting, and legal action.

5. Fees and Charges

All applicable fees, including interest rates, processing fees, late payment fees, and early settlement fees, will be disclosed to you before you accept a loan. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice to existing customers.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mango+ website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ChiSquare Financial Services (Pvt) Ltd and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mango+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
